How do we begin our journey together?
It all begins with a simple enquiry through our contact form. Once we receive your submission, we’ll confirm availability for your wedding date and send you detailed information about the package you’re interested in.
From there, we’ll invite you to a virtual consultation where we can discuss your vision for the day, walk you through the package in more detail, explore any bespoke options or add-ons, and make sure we’re the perfect fit for your celebration.

What can we expect during the initial consultation?
This is a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit for your day. We’ll walk you through our key deliverables, discuss your wedding timeline in detail, and answer any questions you may have before moving forward with your booking.

How do we officially secure our wedding date?
To reserve your date with us, we require a signed digital copy of our wedding agreement along with a booking fee. Once received, your wedding date is securely locked into our calendar and we are fully committed to capturing your celebration. A 25% booking deposit is required to confirm your reservation and the remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior the wedding date.

What are the payment methods available?
We accept payment via direct bank transfer or credit/debit card for your convenience.

What if we wanted to cancel or change our wedding date?
The booking fee (25% of the total package price) is non-refundable, as it secures your wedding date and covers administrative and preparatory work. If the Client cancels after paying the full balance, 25% of the total package price will be retained as the non-refundable portion, and any remaining balance paid will be refunded. If the Client wishes to reschedule, the booking fee may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. If the requested new date is unavailable, the booking fee will be forfeited. Cancellations made within four (4) weeks of the wedding date will result in the full remaining balance becoming payable, as the date cannot reasonably be rebooked at short notice.
What are your starting prices?
We offer a selection of full-day and half-day packages, thoughtfully designed to provide the coverage you need for your special day. Our half-day packages start from £550.
Do you offer bespoke packages?
No two weddings are the same, and your coverage shouldn’t be either. We’re pleased to offer bespoke packages tailored to your exact needs — from shorter coverage options to additional hours.
Are there any travel fees?
We believe in complete transparency. All quoted prices include travel within England and Wales, with no hidden fees or unexpected costs. This allows you to plan your wedding budget with total confidence.
Do we need to provide food and refreshements?
There is no obligation to provide food or refreshments for our photographers and videographers, as we will bring our own packed meals. However, if your venue includes supplier catering within their package, it would be greatly appreciated.
How many wedding photos will we receive?
We typically deliver between 400 and 600 high-resolution, individually edited images for a full day of wedding coverage. Each photograph is carefully curated and professionally edited to ensure a cohesive, elegant, and timeless story of your day.
When will our wedding gallery be ready?
We understand how excited you’ll be to relive your memories. Your fully curated photo gallery is typically delivered within 2–3 weeks of your wedding day, while your wedding films are ready within 4–5 weeks.
Do you offer physical albums and prints?
Our packages are delivered digitally as standard, offering you instant access to your memories. While printed albums are not included within our core packages, we are pleased to offer beautifully designed heirloom albums as a bespoke addition upon request.
How much coverage time do we really need?
We find that 8 to 10 hours of coverage provides the perfect balance for most weddings. From the calm, intimate moments of the morning preparations to the atmosphere and excitement of the evening celebrations, this timeframe allows us to tell the full story of your day in a seamless and beautifully paced way.
What is your style of shooting?
My approach is natural, candid, and relaxed. I focus on capturing genuine moments as they unfold — the laughter, emotion, and subtle in-between glances that truly tell the story of your day.
While I favour a documentary style, some gentle direction and light posing are occasionally needed to achieve beautifully composed portraits and timeless imagery. These moments are guided in a calm and effortless way, ensuring you always feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
Your portrait session is very much a collaborative experience. I encourage couples to share their ideas and preferences, allowing us to create images that feel personal, authentic, and uniquely yours.
How do you coordinate with our timeline and other vendors?
We collaborate seamlessly with your coordinator and venue staff to ensure the day flows effortlessly. Ahead of your wedding, we carefully review your final timeline together, building in the right amount of time for portraits and group photographs. This thoughtful planning allows you to relax and enjoy your celebration, confident that every important moment is being beautifully documented.
How do you handle family formals and group photos?
We keep family portrait sessions efficient and well-organised. By working from a pre-agreed list (typically 8–12 key groupings), we ensure these important photographs are captured smoothly and without delay — allowing you to return to your guests and enjoy your champagne reception as quickly as possible.
